Common questions about orders
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Visit the tracking page or contact support with your order number for real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement if the item hasn't shipped yet. Contact our support team immediately with your order number to request changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can return it within 30 days.
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. During checkout, you'll see if your country is available for delivery. International orders may take 10–21 business days and may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can update your delivery address by contacting support within 2 hours of order placement. Once the package is in transit, address changes cannot be made.
If your package arrives damaged, report it within 7 days with photos. If your package is lost in transit, we'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund. Contact support with your tracking number for assistance.

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support@driveprox.com. We'll process your request within 30 days. Note that order history will be retained for legal and accounting purposes, but personal information will be deleted.
