At DriveProX, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Here are the core commitments of our return policy:

Important: Return requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
02 How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Email us at info@driveprox.com or call (+94) 75 7744 000 with your order number and reason for return. This must be done within 5 days of delivery.

We'll issue a return authorization (RMA) number and, for defective items, a prepaid return shipping label. Include the RMA number in your package.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Items must be in their original, uninstalled, and unused condition.

Use the provided return label or your preferred carrier. Keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for lost packages in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. See Section 03 for the full timeline.
03 Refund Timeline
Here is what to expect after you ship your return:
- 1–3 business days: Return shipment tracking updates
- 3–5 business days: Item received and inspected by our team
- 2–3 business days: Refund approved and processed
- 5–10 business days: Funds reflect in your original payment method
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Return shipping is provided free of charge for defective or damaged items.
Total estimated timeline: 11–21 business days from the date we receive your returned package.
04 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items that have been installed, fitted, or modified on a vehicle
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage beyond initial inspection
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
- Items returned more than 5 days after delivery
- Custom orders or special-order parts
- Digital products, software licenses, or subscription services
- Consumable products (fluids, lubricants, adhesives) that have been opened
- Electrical components once installed or powered
Even non-returnable items may qualify for repair or replacement if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery.
05 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 5 days of delivery by contacting info@driveprox.com with:
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Resolution Options
For confirmed damage or defects we offer three resolutions — choose what works best for you:
- Free Replacement: We ship a brand-new item at no extra cost
- Full Refund: 100% refund including original shipping charges
- Store Credit: Credit towards a future purchase, with a bonus amount as a goodwill gesture
We provide free return shipping for all damaged or defective items — no prepaid label needed.
06 Exchanges
Need a different size, specification, or variant? We make exchanges straightforward.
Eligibility
- Item must be within the 5-day return window from delivery
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
Exchange Process
- Contact us at info@driveprox.com with your order number and exchange request
- We confirm availability and arrange the replacement shipment
- Return the original item using the included prepaid label
Price Adjustments
- Same price item: Free exchange, no additional charge
- Higher priced item: You pay the price difference
- Lower priced item: We refund the difference to your original payment method
